We are looking for a temporary Associate Account Manager, Performance Marketing to oversee current client relationships, manage client communication, and handle multiple projects and client objectives. This role will be under the direct supervision of the Account Manager and Associate Director.

 

This is a fully remote, 40-hour/week temporary role to provide support during parental leave and the holiday season and continue into the first quarter of the new year. Depending on the business's needs, a longer-term or permanent role may become available.

In this role, you will:

  • Support day-to-day internal operations, including managing client communication and communicating project information to internal teams.
  • Prepare weekly/bi-weekly client agendas, record thorough meeting notes, properly assign and organize next steps and own follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with paid media and creative production to provide information and project direction to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage the balance of multiple production projects and client objectives.
  • Support the production of content by ensuring the client provides a timeline and all details, providing briefs for creative development, and understanding daily pacing and reporting.
  • Participate in the ideation and development of Client Services processes.
  • Contribute to existing client relationships with clarity, confidence, and understanding of both the client’s business goals and First Media’s business model.

You have:

  • 1-2 years of marketing experience (client communications, production, project and account management) 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to utilize tools and dashboards (Monday, Slack, Google Suite)
  • Resourceful and problem solver; ability to assess situations, identify gaps and issues, and offer solutions or know what questions to ask
  • Confident presentation skills
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work as a team, particularly in a virtual setting
  • Not required, but nice to have: experience in reading and understanding media reports (Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat analytics a plus), knowledge or experience within the social media marketing space
